when car starts every thing is running good when turn on heat the motor sort
of runs ruf when i am at a stop light shut heat off the motor  runs fine.any
ideas?

Test your battery first:

Then set a DVOM to AC and check at the battery posts for AC voltage,
anything over .01V means a diode in the alternator is going bad.

well after a good cleaning of the posts and some diolectric grease on them
work fine now. thanks to all that replyed to this .
