I have a 1984 pontiac parisienne station wagon, while driving it has a
slight wobble or shimmy in the front end. Thought it was a bad tire but
new tires disproved that theory. I was told it could be the pitman arm
or tie rods. The parts store cant get me a pitman arm and none of the
salvage yards around here have any station wagons like mine. Would a
pitman arm from a regular parisienne or bonneville work on the wagon??
Please help

Autozone shows an idler arm but not a pitman arm.  From the pics on thier
site;

it appears that you might be able to use the pitman arm from a chev wagon.
Did you try a dealer?

You were told "it could be" so where is the diagnosis before this parts
chase gets going,  how about actually seeing if these parts are in fact
worn, as other things can also cause this.
