I just finished replacing bushings front and back "84 911" including drop
links....holy sh.t Batman.  What a difference.  The drop link on the left
rear came out in pieces.  The bushing on the right front came out in pieces
also.

Now I am moving on to the engine and trans mounts, has anyone switched to
solid mounts and what is the most noticeable difference, and would you have
not gone to solid if you could go back?

If anyone is thinking doing this....if yours are as worn as mine were, you
will be driving a car that now has a suspension.  Before this, I was driving
a car supported by bags of mashed potatoes.

Thanks for you help.

Just my 2cts (CDN$1.78) if you are street driving stick with factory
motor/transmixer mounts. Solid mounts are for a solid - like welded cage -
chassis.

Yes, I just read on some of the other sites that the solid mounts will
rattle my teeth.

Thanks
