I have an 87 Cabriolet with power windows that keep blowing fuses - nothing
obvious (that I can find) causes it - I have tried only one window at a
time, making sure I don't hold it in the up position after it is up, etc.
Is this just 'one of the little things' or is there something wrong with one
or both of the motors - I haven't been able to blame one side vs. the other
for blowing fuses.....

Thanks - Rick

why don't you splice a fuse in each side near the motor and see what
happens - that will help you isolate the problem - it may well be a short in
the wires that go into the door
