Hmmm...interesting Web Page; some very interesting cars there.
Also got the first popup (slide over) with FireFox here.
Also noticed the BMW Z1-1989 has a Porsche crest on the hood. ;-)
Prowled this page a little more. They have "my" 356B S for only 24,000
Euros, white/black interior! And a red 1968? 912. Both look prestine!
Anyone going to Paris in the near future?
Just for kicks, what would a prospective buyer do about buying a car from
Paris? Forget it? ;-) Surely they'd ship it to the States if I sent
them my VISA card. ;-)
I had a '68 912 for about 13 years, loved that car (until I got a 1988).
Original 912 owner was a friend (divorced) who went to Porsche for pickup
and then toured Europe. That was 1969 and the world was a different place.

Best thing is to buy over here - cheaper (the Euro is stronger than
the dollar) and less hassle. Buying a car newer than '67 means dealing
with all sorts of feds in addition to customs, and shipping a car
always risks damage.
Swing by www.europeancollectibles.com. Lots of good early cars, and
they're the poor guys that lost 10 cars when a freight train hit their
car carrier on the way from German Auto Fest last month; the driver
got stuck on some train tracks.

I remember the event, I cried over the thought of the sight.
WoW! Great page, Emanuel. Please excuse me while I go wallow around again.
So many, so beautiful; so I get carried away. ;-) It's Bookmarkable.
