One day as I tried to lock the car with the key form the outside, only the
passenger did, the only way to lock the driver side was for the passenger to
do it manually from the inside of the car before exiting. If I try the
electric lock, it will only lock the passenger side.
I suspect a mechanical failure. If anyone can refer me to or has
instructions to alleviate this problem please answer this posting.
Thanks,

Thanks Vern, that referral did the trick.. I have book marked Pelicans web
site, it has lots of technical illustrations that are practical.

Great,
Pelican is an excellent resource and I hope we all pick up a few things here
and there from them so we can keep them going.

I can dig a while and find things cheaper usually, but we need to support
these folks or it will be a huge loss in service for all of us Porsche
enthusiasts.

Just like when WalMart comes to town, if you don't keep buying from that
local store, you will loose the personal service the local store offered.
