Is anyone aware whether strut braces are in common use on the 911?  As an
inexpensive mod I would have thought they'd be pretty popular?  My local
suspension specialist (reputably best in the State) can find no mention of
them in Australian supplier literature.  Rennlist mention several brands so
was surprised they are difficult to find.

Not uncommon in the States.  Many folks use them.  I'm surprised they're not
easily available in Australia.  Straight forward installation...and
excellent if you do any kind of track or high speed driving.

Thanks Guru,

Deeper searching reveals they are available - if you know where to look!
Next decision is whether to go for the really slick looking carbon fibre
job.  One Vendor wants AUD$1,432 for it vs. about AUD$350 for 'standard.
I've found a local supplier that does the carbon fibre for about AUD$450.

ciao
