locked out with no battery

I took the battery out to replace it and now the front lid is locked
so I can't open it to fit the new battery. Without power the central
locking won't release the lid. Is there an emergency release
mechanism? Where is it?

Maybe there is and maybe there isn't, but we won't reveal this
information unless you tell us what model porker you have.
