Not hard, but labor intensive.

what devil's said, but with the following caveat - you must have
decent mechanical skills - I've done this twice - second time was
easier - took about 8 to 10 hours, working pretty fast, with a helper,
no surprises, and all the parts on hand.
procedure can be summarized as:
remove starter motor
remove exhaust (muffler and cat)
disconnect axles
disconnect shift lever (inside car)
disconnect shift linkage, etc, decouple drive shaft at rear
remove trans
remove rear flywheel sensor
remove clutch slave cyl, various clamps
remove drive shaft and housing
remove clutch
exchange disk
reassemble everything

yes, I have a good used clutch - I just did a clutch job on my
daughter's car and replaced everything - it's just too much work not
to - the clutch is fine (the disk of course was junk), throwout
bearing is "ok", in my opinion it would last another 50 to 100K miles
if you want it, contact me off the list, make me a reasonable offer -
I don't think it will fit in a flat rate box, but if you are
interested, I can check, that would save you $ in shipping

to make things easy for anyone else who wants to find me, go to my web
site, www.wbnoble.com - I have a photo of my email address there that
works - I don't put it in text on the internet as a means of reducing
spam - and yes, it' works.
