They actually are not the most expensive either, and
often willing to help you to do it yourself, if
you are so inclined.

I did the timing belt myself, and spoke with
the service writer-shop manager, who told
me they would re-tension it for me, and I
was very pleased with the price. They did
not "tax" me since I didn't have them do
the actual job.
