Hey All: Would a headlight bucket from an 86 turbo fit into an 86 NA? I have learned that the rad from a turbo is 1/2 inch taller than for an NA. much to my surprise when I tried to put it in. Anyone need a turbo rad? Not positive, but I don't think it will fit perfectly; it probably will fit OK, some possible mod may be required. I recall that the covers on the 951 (turbo) are a touch longer on the inside part so it doesn't quite line up. Someone posted a pic of 951 and 944 headlight covers next to, and on top of one another, to show the difference. Small, but noticeable difference. You may want to go to rennlist.com and do a search - caveat is that it didn't show or discuss just the buckets. |
