aaah, did you actually READ your manual? look on page 61 of the link I
sent you, it says exactly:
"Checking ATF level
The ATF level should be checked regularly, evan between the normal service
intervals.
The ATF level is visible at the transparent resevoir, which is mounted at
the end of the transmission casing. The fluid level must be between the
minimum and maximum marks. To check the ATF level the vehicle must be
standing level.
Gear selector lever in position "N" with the engine running at id le speed.
The transmission must be at operational temperature.
If too much ATF is added it must be drained. "
and it has a picture of what the fill cap and resevoir looks like
I don't really see how it could be much clearer than what it already says -
do you know where the transmission casing is? that's underneath the rear of
the car - I don't know if "end" above means front or back, I'd guess it's at
the back, but if you just look at the picture and then look around the
transmission casing you certainly should be able to find it.

The filler reservoir is easily visible from the rear of the car. (Dextron 3)
Left hand side
Just look under behind the left hand rear wheel.
Remember the differential is separate to the auto gearbox. (SAE90)

And - there is a very fine filter in the filler tube of the transaxle...I
have to remove the filter - or the transmission fluid takes forever to go
in. You can just lift it out to fill.
