Hello,

Does anyone know of a high-pass or better performing radiator
replacement for an '86 951?

Thanks

ninefofo - 24 Jun 2008 21:51 GMT
Actually, I had not heard of it.  I will pony up the 10 bucks and
see.  Thanks.

radiator?

My theories are completely geographical.  I live in Phoenix and our
freeways are pretty slow at times.  I don't think that Ferry ever
thought his design would be a daily driver in the desert.

I'm able to manage the gauge while driving.  Regulate my AC usage and
maintain a even speed to keep air moving.

well, phoneix is a little warmer, but not much, than Los Angeles, or our
high desert - I have no overheating issue on a properly running car - make
sure your fans are operational - at this age, it is common for them to fail,
typically due to a seized bearing.  If your car overheats something is
wrong.

Just installed the bottle this morning.  Crossing fingers.  I'll post
my thoughts following my commute.
