i currently have a 944 2.5 8v with 116000 , 2 months ago the radiator burst
and a new one instaled.

I now have a slight problem that when i first start the car it idles rough
for aprox, 40 seconds .

Was wondering if anyone would be able to help me.
(It sounds like it is running on 3 cylinders)

It's just a shot but there is a temp sensor at the radiator.  I haven't done
it myself but I understand that it is a simple replacement--- and it could
be affecting your idle.  Best thing to do is consult Clarks Garage thru
Pelican Parts--- they have a troubleshooting section that may lead you
directly to the problem.  Good luck
