I went to pop my hood today, and it wouldn't release. There was resistance on the lever, but it was like it wouldn't pull back far enough. After a few pulls, I noticed that a bulge would develop under the carpet just above the lever. Hopefully I lucked out and the hood release lever is just loose, eh? Any ideas on how I can get my hood open? procedures for dealing with a broken cable are in the service manal - download a copy and follow the procedure > I went to pop my hood today, and it wouldn't release.
