I am seeking a late model/low mileage BLK on BLK 911 Carrera 2
Speedster. My questions are as follows: I will be a first -time 911
onwer, to that extent I am wondering if there are any major issues with
the Carrera. Ok- next question, where might I purchase
a prestine Speedster.

Please feel free to email me at pieceofmind2100@yahoo.com

Thanks in advance for everyones help

good cars are for sale there.  Chris

    For the issues with any of the Porsche line, Buying Guides abound;
pick up some back issues of Excellence, GT Purely Porsche,  911 &
Porsche World, or Total 911 magazine.
As for where to find them, there are 5 up for sale on Autotrader as
I write this. There is 1 listed in the PCA newsletter Panorama; the
asking price is about 60 grand, but it's only got 5,000 miles on it.
My favorite is the triple black car advertised by Victory, but I like
the 964-based version better because of the integrated bumpers and
more powerful (but more troublesome) engine.
    Good luck,

Could you please point me in thr direction of the PCA newsletter
Panorama which contains the speedster you reffered too.
FYI: Victory doesn`t have a single speedster in stock, yet they
advertise 4 presently. :(

Thanks so much for your help

As far as I know, the PCA newsletter isn't available online. I
flipped through the February issue (because 24 days in, the March
issue hasn't arrived yet...it's ridiculously slow). If you're a
member, you might find it on the club web site in the Market section.
It's pretty lame of Victory to advertise cars they've long since
sold.
