Tiptronic VS Manual

Does a Manual 911 VS a Tiptronic wear out faster?

dunno, but with the automatic gearbox  getting the seat/leg/clutch setting
just right won't be as much of a hassle when you share the car with a spouse
or SO.

i have my eye on a black, black, coupe 911 996 turbo.

but i can't decide if it'll be a Manual or  Tiptronic.

but i wont longevity...till a tiptronic provide that. much more so than a
manual...or are they about the same?
