I might be buying this trailer used. Looks to be in decent shape. It
will be my first tent trailer. What I want to know is how much weight
can the beds hold? Can 2 grown adults sleep on one with no problems?
Is there is a weight limit? I tried looking for an owners manual, but
can't find one.

Probably.
Just inspect the supporting hardware (pipes/tubes/etc) to ensure that it is in
good shape.

Sure. I would avoid parking a Mack truck on the bunkend but two, even rather
LARGE, adults should not overtax the bunk - provided you ensure that the
supporting hardware is OK.
Good luck!

Got to agree with Jim, just check out the hardware. Myself and my wife are
not small (me-260, her-it's a secret but lighter than me) and we have no
problem on the bunk of our Mesa, even with our 16yo daughter lying up there
at times to watch TV.
Good Luck!

They can on the beds in my 1994 Palomino. Your mileage and bed weight
limit may vary.

If the hardware is okay, it shouldn't be a problem.
