We have a Camplite about five years old and from the beginning there was
always moisture build up between the sides and the canvas of the roof. We
had always recaulked the seams of the roof ( poor construction ) and even
when it was not raining the moisture would show up from the morning
coolness. Since they used poor wood for the sides of the roof it has finally
rotted out and now I need to replace it with something much better. Now they
are out of the camping field ( I wonder why ) is there any place to find out
how the roof was put together so it can be repaired or just start tearing
into it.
The first year I had it, we changed out all the screws with stainless (
should have been done at the factory ) as rust satins started showing up on
the outside, again poor construction.

I've rebuilt a lot of pop-ups with bad roofs the last one gave me fits....
On repair just take it apart bit by bit to get to the part you need to
repair. I haven't found a place yet that has the plans for many of the out
of manufactured campers.
One thing that did help was spending some time at my local repair shop when
they were working on a couple of roof repairs.
