Any ideas how to keep our bedding dry? Humidity and dew get between the
sheets during the day. Sure is an uncomfortable feeling. We've tried the A/C
and the furnace, no go.

In thirteen years of three-season popup-ing, we never HAD an air conditioner,
so I'm no help there.
The furnace? In those same 13-years, the furnace always kept us warm and
relatively dry.
If your roof air conditioner is NOT removing moisture from the air it handles,
you WILL feel the dampness between the sheets. You should detect run-off
condensate from the air conditioner after it has run for several hours. If
you don't, have the unit checked.
During zipped-up camping using the furnace, the condensation would literally
form DROPLETS on the ceiling of each open bunkend. If disturbed, it would
make the TOP of our bedding feel damp, but never inside.
You might try finding a drying agent (desiccant) in a form that can be PLACED
between the sheets to absorb moisture.
Depending on how much camping experience you have, what you may be feeling
might be considered by others as inevitable and even normal.
Good luck!

No AC here but we have learned over time to unzip during the day, and zip up as
the sun sets to keep things from feeling damp. Took a few clammy nights to
figure out.
