It's hard to tell by the picture, but it looks like a standard "bathroom" fan
from a travel trailer.. mainly to vent odor...

It MIGHT be effective in a small popup, but a "fantastic fan" is the way to go
in a larger trailer.. YMMV

Any movement of air out the top would help.

1/4 amp does not sound like it will be much of an air mover.
