Excepts from a letter to Fleetwood
I believe in letting people know when they can improve. I also believe in
letting people know when they got it right. I wrote you a couple of months
ago very displeased with the quality of my trailer. You called me the very
next morning and offered to take care of trailer even though I was just out
of warranty. Because of your service and consideration I am again very
proud to say I am Fleetwood trailer owner.
Fleetwood Kudos:
Quick to respond - under 24 hours. Completely understanding of my situation
and issues with quality. Caring enough to extend my warranty - with all our
camping trips we went beyond last day of warranty. Replacement parts better
than the originals
Apache Camping Center, Portland, Oregon Kudos:
Courteous, treating me like the day I bought the trailer. Understanding of
my situation and explanation of quality concerns. Timely repairs and
accommodating of my schedule - ready before I was. Immaculate quality of
workmanship - your pride in quality shows. I have to say this again -
immaculate quality of workmanship.
I am so proud of my trailer and the improved look of quality and build. I
am going to brag Fleetwood in my favorite newsgroups and while camping these
final weeks.
Thank you again. Sincerely, Randall

I'm glad to hear you got good service from them....because, unfortunately,
you are one of the many few who have.

I think it is a reflection on Apache as much as on Fleetwood and I consider
myself lucky. I do want to congratulate them for one reason only - so they
do it again and again for someone else...
I do know what you mean - it can get ugly. BTW I do not work for either!
