Had the P/U out today washing it off, an '02' Coleman Niagara, and noticed
on the wrap around rear plastic piece, on top where the top sits, a crack
about 11/2' long at the corner. How best to fix this? Is it difficult to
remove that wrap around piece and affix somehow a piece of plastic on the
underside and then put caulk or silicone on the top side? One problem I have
if I have to take it to a dealer is that I no longer have a truck big enough
to pull this and am getting ready to sell it. Thanks.

Given that you want to spiff it up for sale, this won't appeal to you,
but.....
We've got the same type problem on the front "cowling" piece on our
coleman. We just lay a bumper sticker over the crack. I know, sounds
pretty white-trashy, but it work just fine to keep out the water and
road grime.

I know I could fix it to where'I' wouldn't worry about it, but someone else
buying it might have qualms about it. When I saw it yesterday I just put
some white Tub and Tile caulk on it, only thing I had on hand, and smoothed
it out. I don't think tho that is a permanent enough fix. Thanks.

is this the ABS rear panel? if so, it should have lifetime warranty. I
had the front ABS crack right in the top corner, where the roof sits on
my 99 CasaGrande. Was replaced by dealer.
I would say if you're going to sell the rig, it would be better to look
at first if it's covered under warranty.
