Anyone heard anything about Cokato Lakes?

I found out about the Cokato Lake RV Resort up in MN...it seems like a
pretty interesting place and I'm thinking about buying a lot there.
Does anyone have any feedback, what's the community out there like?
Is the lake nice?

I don't know much about that particular area, but based on poor quality
arial photography, it looks like rural farmland in general (i.e. at
times, it really smells bad). That would also make the lake likely to
be full of algae and/or weeds.

Don't buy anything before actually seeing the place yourself.
