After our last trip of the year last year we evidently lost a tail light
cover on our 98 Cascade. Wondering if anyone knows of a place I can
check out online to find another. Sorry I haven't posted here in years
because we had 3 kids in 5 years and camping suddenly becomes not such a
fun experience. Now it is and I need a tail light. lol

For on-line searching, I would start with
http://www.etrailer.com.
Also, try going to an RV Dealer as they have lots of different tail lights
in stock usually.  Bring the other one with you to match it up.

Sorry to hear that having kids made camping less fun.  We had 2 in 2.5 years
and it just made it all that much better, and we increased our camping
frequency.  If you camp with other people that have similarly aged kids, it
helps tons.  We camp with the same folks year after year and they are all
best friends now.  We did move from a tent to a pop-up and that helped.
What was it that made it less fun?

Different surroundings made the kids want to stay up all night. The
slightest sound would wake them up then we would have to start all over.
Too many things to go over that made my wife and I feel that we needed
to take off Monday and Tuesday to rest from our "vacation". lol
Now that our youngest is almost 4 it is a lot easier now.

Glad to hear that you are trying it again.  I am one of the night owls who
finds himself staying up all night, so I handled the stay-up issues.
Actually I encourage staying up while camping (just my different
approach...).  In my family my kids are generally the first to go to bed all
on their own.  Go figure <grin>.  I would recommend finding folks that you
can camp with over and over again that have kids near in age to yours.
Going to things like folk music festivals works (we do that) and there are
other activities for them as well.

Our experience was that our three girls were SOOOO tired from the day's
activities that they slept like rocks.

Now THAT I can appreciate.  Same here.

No doubt.  We tent camped with a potty chair, porta crib and TWO (count 'em)
high chairs for a while back then.  Camping with children is a lot of work.
But the payoff is so HUGE!!

Good luck!
