Hi, I'd like some opinions on favorite porta potties. I may be in the market
for one soon and I want to get a good one. Thanks.

I have owned only one - and used it for 13 years.  It was (and still is, in a
updated version) made by Thetford.

Following is a link to one of their smaller models.

I have a Thetford as well the 585 model 4 years old and works like a
dream. Love the pushbutton flush.
I don't think you can go wrong with a brand that has been on the market
as long as Thetford.

I'm sorry, but I just can't get the thought out of my head, while
sitting on the commode...Hey Honey, do we have any batteries...ROFLMAO

I have a Thetford from the late 60's and it still works great.  Came
in handy at so many out of the way places when I had a van and kids
and adults at soccer, softball, baseball, scouts, and parades, not to
mention camping and hunting trips.

I've learned that I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy it! (That is what my X-wife told me)

The batteries in my 585 were 2 years old when I changed them. Besides
what are four more AA's added to my shopping list no big deal. If they
go dead at a bad time I just take a large cup of water and flush.. no
big deal...
