My dad dropped off his tent trailer for summer and today I thought I
would open it in preparation for a trip next weekend.  It has a
hydraulic lift system however when I turn the switch on I can hear the
pump running but there is no movement.  This is 94 Sequoia Colement
manufactured by fleetwood.  Is there a place to add fluid, how do I
service the pump any information would be helpful.

Thanks.

It is my understanding that the hydraulic pump needs a fully charged
battery to work correctly(at least going up). I would check the
condition of the battery and replace/re-charge it depending it's age and
condition.

Unlatched.  That is so true.  About as simple as making sure you have
a spare tire that is functional.
