Good evening,
Looking for a nice clean place to stay in NW Ohio. We usually stay at the
state parks due to a couple of factors:
1. They are usually very clean
2. Too many private campgrounds have allowed seasonal campers to "run down"
their property
3. Refer to #2, that the weekender sites are usually not shaded and are far
removed from the rest of the camp grounds.
I know that I am lumping a lot of campgrounds into this category. I am sure
that there some great places to stay.
Can anyone recommend somewhere with nice scenery? Approx 1 to 1 1/2 hrs from
Lima. We don't have any small children and will be pulling a 30 ft. TT.
Be good,
Kyle

Hello,
We really like Maumee Bay State Park, outside Toledo. Bike paths,
swimming lake, fishing ponds, nature (boardwalk) paths, golf course, plus
other activities.
Thanks,
Larry
