I know it really isn't being flipped but figure you know what I mean. I
moved the axle from over the springs, to under the springs on our 2006
Fleetwood Sea Pine. While in the process I added some shock mounts as well.
Here is my question. Has anyone else done this and also increased the tire
size as well? If so, what size tire were you able to go to? Also, what brand
of tire did you go with? I found a lot of negative posts about the Carlisle
Tires, are the Load Star brand better?
Where did you find the best pricing, local or online?
Thanks for your help.

Never have used Load Star, but Carlise's will never be on my trailer again.
My boat trailer had 4 failures in a little over a year. Had one fail about
20 miles from my house, and when I looked at the one on the rear axle it was
separated also.

Bill what brand are you using?
I found some on eBay that are "bias super trac (made by Allied Wheel)"
according to the listing party. Have you or anyone else ever used these? I
have read some bad reviews on Goodyear's Marathon radial tire as well. After
reading nothing but bad reviews, I am wondering what tire is being used out
there. Maybe the only comments that get posted are negative comments.

You are right.
I have used Goodyear Marathon on a popup and, now, my travel trailer with
almost seven seasons on them. No problem. I plan to replace them over this
winter in any case. They're old enough for my comfort.
