You would probably be surprised at how useless the camper manual is,
especially given your experience.
Operating and maintenance instructions for most of the systems on an RV are in
the manual provided by the manufacturer of each appliance. IOW, the
information on the "care and feeding" of a Dometic refrigerator would be in a
manual provided by Dometic - not Dutchmen.
You would do well to determine the make and model of the refrigerator and air
conditioner and pursue a manual from their respective manufacturers.

I would have to say the same thing. I had trouble with our A/C last
summer and the Jayco manual helped NADDA. Of course the manual to the
A/C had long been thrown out. I finally called an RV shop and asked them
about my problem. That took care of it but I still haven't bought
another manual. I would bet most of the things in the Jayco manual could
be said for most other popups.
