I have a 2005 Fleetwood Sequoia with a standard Coleman AC Unit.
Plugs into an outlet inside the pop-up.  What I want to know is there
a programmable thermostat that I can plug into the outlet and then
plugin the AC unit to that so I can control the AC units power.

I want to be able to turn off the AC unit if the temperature drops
below 70 degrees for example.  That way the unit stops running and
does not run all night long if I fall asleep.

Any thoughts?

I found a hard coded plugin thermostat by Thermo Cube but they are not
programmable.  They are set to an off/on at 78/70.

Thanks

Jay

Many companies make programmable freezer controllers meant to turn a
deep freeze into a refrigerator. Google it or search for thesee items at
webstores that cater to home beer makers.
