It would help quite a bit if we knew what was not working, and how it
was not working.
Many pop-ups today actually have two electrical systems. One is 12
volts can run off a battery, and runs things like the lights, a water
pump, and a furnace. The other is 120 volts, and this usually runs
electric outlets (like the plugs in your home) and a converter that
converts 120V to 12V (so you don't need to use a 12 volt battery for
lights if you camp in a campsite where you have 120 volt service).
A common mistake some people make is thinking the converter can go
both ways; it can only make 12 volts from 120 volts; to make 120 volts
from 12 volts, you need an inverter, and I don't believe any pop-ups
come with an inverter (though a few may).
