The real trick is to ensure that you have the right propane hook-up on the side of the camper. If there is not one there, it is easier to just get an outdoor camping stove and use a smaller separate propane tank for that. Both Camp Chef and Coleman make portable stoves that can be hooked up to the right propane setup on a camper. Also Force 10 makes such stoves, mainly for marine use, See: www.reddenmarine.com under "propane stoves" for example. I am looking for one that attaches to the side - I already have the quick release connection. I believe it is a lowe pressure propane hose so have to find a stove which works with that. I have the same situation. I want to keep the grill and get a stove as well. I have been told by the Dealer that I can't get one. I believe that such accessories are designed and built "in house" and are NOT marketed beyond their inclusion in the RV for which they were intended. You will probably have to "reverse engineer" the grill platform and related assembly and build your own. A single or double "cooktop" insert is surely available from the RV manufacturing industry, but you may have to order one through a dealership. I "googled" "two burner rv cooktop assembly" and got the usual, 15 zillion hits. Following is a good start.
