What's your favorite for the roof of your pop-up.....

I tried some 30 year guarantee stuff that looked exactly like what I could
get at the dealers...it wasn't fatal but  boy....it put a hurting on some
spots when it leaked...

....and I do this every year.

I have always been told that silicone caulk is exactly the wrong
product to use. It hard to clean off the next time you need to re-seal.
Urethane caulking is what is recommended. If this is for the center seam
then eternabond tape is recommended:

Hard to clean off?  Pretty much near impossible to get removed
completely...and almost nothing will stick to it.  I've been a silicone fan
in the past, but the more I read and experience, I'm staying away from it!

Another nice product I've been introduced to recently is Dicor.  Check out
http://dicor.com/Product.aspx?ID=12

I used the lap sealant on a roof seam on top of our travel trailer just the
other day...I *think* I got it sealed up good this time with it, but I'm not
100% sure yet.  It's definitely looking like a better seal.  Plus it's "self
leveling" which should help in flow into the cracks a bit.

As Bill mentioned, I've heard good things about Eternabond, but have never
used it myself...

My brother just bought a 98 Coleman Redwood...looks like a bit of leakage
along one side at the roofline, so I'll probably be trying to help him get
that sealed up...and will probably have a few other questions for the
group...

Silicone is removed better by rubbing. You can reapply as long as you
clean it well with something like Fantastick. This removes the
slippery so it sticks.
For small cracks and seams, use Plumbers Goop Marine.
