Well, uhm, I don't know. (Note -- I'm the same person who did the original
post.) I owned a 1993 Jayco travel trailer that had a dinette set that did
*not* convert, have never owned a motorhome, so I'm hesitant to make
assumptions.
I'm looking at buying a Sea Breeze LX (8311) but I need to be able to sleep
4 people -- two adults and two young children. The 8311 has the queen bed
for me & the Mrs, and the Wonder-Bed for Kid #1, but where to sleep Kid #2
... ?

Any dinette booth, with the table that is removable and has
the legs that fit in sockets top and bottom, has the bed
feature. I have never seen one that wasn't convertible.

You are all missing what I said. It's reached the point were many
dinette areas are not the built in seats with the fold down table,
therefore no sleeping area by night. May be a play on words, but just
a clarification on the "dinette booth" area.

I didn't miss it Tom. That's why I mentioned the posts. I
know what you're talking about. The difference is the
dinette booth has fixed benches and a removable table. The
alternative is a dinette set. Loose chairs and table.
