My wife likes the Mini Cooper and wants to know if anyone has heard if that
can be towed 4 wheels down. We checked their web site to no avail. Thanks.

It doesn't look good. Neither Towing World nor Motor Home have it
listed as towable.
My wife also liked it, but when I did a new car pricing at Kelly Blue
Book (www.kbb.com) and learned that a nicely equipped Mini sells for
about $2K -over- MSRP, due to demand exceeding supply, that really took
care of that.

If you like tiny for towing, then You two might want to consider the Smart
Car. They are so small that they could most likely be put on a trailer
easily enough. The short lenght (8 feet) means that they can be parked
perpendicular to the curb. No idea if they are towable 4 down.
