Don't know what your interests might be - a good place to start looking
might be http://www.visittri-cities.com/watchablewildlife.shtml,
particularly Bateman Island or the Audobon Nature Trail in Columbia Park.

Walk along the Columbia River -- *many* good places with good access.
Lots of activities on the river. Howard Ammon park is also where car
shows, etc. are held. Mustang show in late May or early June. Bad
weather? Walk in the Columbia mall!<g> Farmers Market on Saturdays in
Pasco. Best place for groceries: WINCO on Geo. Wash. Got a quilter
with you? Go to Quiltmania.
