Black tank leaks

will someone write to my bro in law Jerry and give him ideas of how to
fix leaks. Have you any expierence with leaks? He has a Class A.
Is there any law about leaking black tanks you know of? write tto me I
forward to him.

I can't quote the law in all states but in CA, the only thing that can
be dropped on the highway is clear water and feathers from live birds.
Anything else is littering.  

There are patching materials available for most tanks.  If he is not
familiar with the type of tanks he has, I suggest he take it to a
dealer ASAP for repair.

There is a product called Eternabond, which is sold as a roof sealing
tape.  It sticks to anything and if your brother in law can see the
crack and reach it, the tape will seal it.  A whole roll is expensive,
so ask around if anyone has part of a roll left over.
