I'm looking to purchase a 1974 Aritocrat Lo Liner trailer. It has some minor
water damage inside, as well as 2 broken side windows and a broken air vent
on the roof. I can't seem to find any info on the net on this trailer. Any
idea what ballpark figure I should be paying? Thanks

They should be paying you to haul it off. With all those holes in the
exterior, you can be sure that there is unseen water damage and the
resulting mold and mildew issues.

Don't even consider buying ANY RV with water damage. You'll regret the
day you made such a mistake.

As the other poster suggested (and I agree), the owner should pay YOU to haul
it off.
There is no such thing as "minor" water damage on a 31-year-old trailer with
broken windows and roof vent.
The trailer is likely worthless. You would do well to avoid such a rig.
Good luck!

Quite seriously, I would say that with those problems, you should be
paid to remove it. Interior water damage is a bottomless pit into which
one throws money, only to see it mold.

I have been in the "RV" service field for nine years, and in that time
I have seen a lot of water damage from roof, window and wall leaks...
rarely have any of them been "minor". I agree with the majority here,
they should pay you to take it... way too old and way too sick to pay
for.

Thank you everyone for your valuable input. I shall indeed stay away this
trailer.
