George,
Thanks for the info. I have looked up a number of places on the nps
site. It's just that you have to look up one at a time. I was looking
for some sort of master list or book to buy.
When driving around, I wouldn't have access to the internet. I would
like to know if a place honors the pass or not. I see where a number
do not.
I'm going to be 62 in August. I live about 20 miles south of Hyde
Park, NY. I plan on going to the Roosevelt mansion. It is one that
doesn't take the pass for some of the property.

The Golden Age passport is normally good for admission only, and then
possibly (but not always) a discount on camping if a park has camping,
normally 50%, (but not always). When there is an extra attraction like
the Roosevelt museum on the Hyde park site, you usually have to pay, but
sometimes get a reduced rate with Golden age passport. We've been using
it for 3 years and have found no way to tell other than individually
looking them up, or calling the park. An added gotcha is the tendency
for prices and rules to change year to year.... :-(

Hi Bill,
From what I know or have read, the Golden Age, Golden Access, and
Golden Eagle are valid for all federal parks, forests, and historic
monuments for access to the facility but not necessarily for other
offerings such as campgrounds or stores/restaurants. The federal
campgrounds will give a 50% discount.
I have found that some states will honor the Golden Access (I don't
know about the others) at the State Park Campgrounds. TN is one and
they have some very nice parks complete with full hookups. Many
sites are private and do not honor anything such as the Hearst Castle.
I find that I ask when entering and take advantage whenever I can. I
have never been to find any type of a central listing.

I think that those parks that honor the Golden Age will give a discount of
50% on the camping fee only. Utilities would still be a full cost.
