If it's on a Dodge chassis, be sure to do a _thorough_ road test,
including either a windy day or a 4-lane with fast passing trucks, and
some curvy roads. Some of the Dodge 3500 Ram Vans from the late '90's &
early 'noughties have some very 'peculiar' driving / steering / tracking
/ handling manners, tho' most are OK. Early years seem less likely to
have the problems than the '98-'01's. Shocks, tires, alignment, and
wheel spacers _don't_ always cure them, either. BT,DT, got the pricey,
greasy T-shirt (ex-'99 / '00 RT D190V).
There are also some 190 & 210 RT's on the Chevy "G" chassis from the
mid '90's, but they're not nearly as numerous as the Dodge 170 / 190.
