Water heater problem

We have an Atwood 6.2 gal water heater, model GCAA-9E. We use it on propane.
Lately the reset light has been coming on with some frequency. Usually
turning it off & back on will start it back up, but sometimes we have to
leave it off for a while before it will restart.
Any suggestions as to what to check would be appreciated. TIA

I went through this issue this year also.  I replaced the two thermo
switches.  This seemed to cure the problem
