I got two of those 360 odor extractors.  What kind of caulk do I use to put
them on?

I used Proco pro shield LS301 lap sealant for rubber roof systems that I
got from Camping World.  If your roof is not rubber, I'd find a sealant
designed for your roof.  Make sure you follow the directions to seal
around the pipe where the roof plate contacts it, as well as the outer
edge of the roof plate.
