Hydromax brake assist in Ford l.8L V10 Chassie

Can anyone help with an electrical problem?  I keep blowing the 60amp fuse
that controls the Hydromax power brake assist motor.  The fuse goes the
minute I turn on the key.

The fuse will blow if the motor is unable to turn.  The motor probably needs
replacing.
