For all the help all who have posted in reply to my Alaska
enquiries over the last year or so - THANK YOU!!!
The Alaska trip is now history, we got home (Tacoma) a couple
of days ago.  What a trip!  Those girls, ages 11 & 14, will NEVER
forget that adventure.  I got a bumper sticker "Before & After"
driving the Alaska Hiway, showed Garfield prim & proper "Before" and
Garfield after hit by lightning "After".  I asked if there was a before
and after driving the AH alone with 2 teenage girls.  Guy said, "No,
the 'After' picture is just too horrible to show the public".  All
kidding aside, the girls were just wonderful and we all 3 had a GREAT
time.  5 weeks on the road, 5,960 miles.
Had some minor trailer problems, loose wheel bearings probably got
knocked around on the "Top Of The World" Hiway, had one fixed in
Whitehorse, the other wasn't so bad that it could wait till we got
home.
Will post more later.  Thanks, again, for all those helpful posts.
