Do I need a new LPG regulator?

I'm trying to solve the poor performance problem with my fridge while
running on propane.  I've cleaned the orifice, but still don't think
I'm getting enough flame.  My motorhome has a manometer in the fridge
service bay.  When I turn on the propane valve after the gas was bled
from the system, the meter reads the proper 11" column pressure.  When
I turn on the fridge burner (or any other burner) the pressure drops
down to 9" pressure.  Do I need a new regulator?  THANKS!

That's what I say. It should hold 11 column inches with 1 valve open.

Thanks, I thought it was fine because I never read it with a valve
open.  Now I have fresh hope that I can get this ongoing and nagging
problem fixed!

Yep- you need a new regulator. While it *could* be something else (like
some oil in a line), if it is the original regulator, it needs to be
replaced anyway, and they're pretty cheap.
