This Motorhome is ready to go. Well below blue book.  No major
problems. Here is what I know:

No roof leaks (current or past).

Vent for stove on outside let water in (when parked, never noticed
until too late!) Damaged countertop. Did not penetrate walls, so no
other damage. Just countertop. The end of the countertop has "puffed"
up.  Can be easily repaired. Needs new Vent Cover (probably under $20)
and, if so inclined, repair countertop (I just lived with it).

Slight gash on outside skin (less than 2"). No water leakage, not that
deep.  I can easily repair, but would rather leave as-is so buyer can
see.  Also needs new TV, plug came out (can be repaired if you can
splice!).  Heck, I'll purchase a new TV for it and give you original.

Tires have 90% tread left. However, I would replace two out of the
four on back. They are slightly cupped and one has cut (not leaking,
but I like to play it safe).

That is it, great shape overall.  Just had tires rotated.

Cupped tires that were just rotated. Sounds like it needs front end work. At
least you are honest.

Worth keeping an eye of course.   I puchased this MH pre-owned and
only put approx. 2000 miles on it.  Lots of things can cause cupping
(I own an automotive shop).  Anything from a bad balance, to alignment
to lack of rotation.

RV has sale pending; so off the market for the next week  :-)

Have a great day!
