We are looking for an inexpensive, but nice, campsite in Florida for the
month of March, 2006. Any suggestions?

Pensacola (on the western gulf coast) is nearly 850 miles to Key West.
Where in Florida were you headed?

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body,
but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "...holy sh.t...what a ride!"

As other posters have stated, what are you looking for? Just
inexpensive? Close to any city? Easy access to Interstate?
I know that on I-4 at exit 10, just east of Tampa there is a Camping
World store. Behind is a campground there that is very clean, blacktop,
level, approx. $25 a night and you get breakfast and lunch with the
daily paper delivered to your site. Also, there is a RV dealer that
will service anything, I mean ANYTHING on your rig. There are also
people that will wash and wax you rig for $5 a foot. There are many
other services that are available. I think it is called Lazy Days
campground. They may have a maximim time you can spend there.
Hope this helps

Where in Florida, and what, in your opinion, is inexpensive.

Happens every once in awhile. Newbie asks a question and
