SE Fishing "Reciprocal Agreements"

Since the fishing question came up, not many fishermen are aware that
if you have a fishing license in GA, AL, SC, NC & FL, there are
reciprocal agreements with adjoining states in some waters. The above
link applies if you have a GA fishing license. I can fish anywhere in
FL with my free GA license except salt water for example.

You would need to check with your state to see if they have such
agreements with other states.

I think it refers to boundry waters or shared waters.
