Hi all,
Want to go camping/RVing over the Easter Weekend with my son.  They have a 4
year old and one in the oven .  They tent camp we have a hybrid RV.  They
live in the Zebulon Area we live in Reidsville NC.  Kerr Lake looks like a
good destination for us but I could use a little guideance from those
familar with the area.  Which campground should we stay at. VA or NC
campgrounds are both OK with us.  Or go on another tangent and suggest a
place to stay.  We like state parks but we're willing to be adventurerous..
TIA
Keith

We spent a weekend at Satterwhite Point a few years ago.  Not a bad
campground.  There are sites on the water or away from the lake.  We
were off the lake and had electric and water hook-up.  I don't know if
the sites on the lake have hook-ups or not. The rest rooms and showers
were clean, as I remember.
The place was quite and you can fish from the shore if you want.  It's a
little early for swimming but there is a small beach.
Have fun.
Glenn
